Tuition and Fees

Initial Registration Fee:  $50

Payment Schedule:

• Annual Payment is due July 1st

• Semi-Annual Payment is split into two equal payments with the first due July 1st and the second due December 1st.

• Monthly Payment Plan is split into 12 payments, July through June, due the 1st of every month.

• A payment is considered late after the fifth day in the month. Late payment fee: $25

• **After-School tuition fees arrangement corresponds with the regular tuition schedule. *Tuition subject to change.

Student Resource Fee: Covers association fees, student supplies, student insurance, and classroom teaching supplies.

School Improvement Fee:  Due May 1st in order to hold your child's place on the roster. It covers the acquisition upgrade, improvement of our program.

Payment Policy: Tuition & fees are due on the 1st day of each designated month. Payments can be mailed or remitted to the school office. Payments should not be sent with children. Teachers are not authorized to receive payments.

Tuition Reimbursement:  If the student withdraws  before school begins, parents are responsible only for the registration fee. If the student withdraws or is dismissed during the school year, parents are responsible for the monthly installment for the month withdrawn.

Family Pledge:  $100 tax deductible gift per family in lieu of school wide fundraisers. Pledges are accepted through September 15th.

**W.H.I.S.T. Company will be the provider for the after-school program beginning in July 2009.

  After-School Fees: B.E. Families $25 per week/  Families from other schools $35 per week.
