Parent/Student Admission   Procedures

 Admission Policy

The B. E. school admits students of any race, color, and national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and athletic and other school-administered programs. The B. E. School reserves the right to select families based on character and their commitment to Christ and the family.

Application Process

 Administration/ staff will provide general information about the school to prospective parents by phone or in person. The administration will contact interested parents by phone or in person for the initial interview. 

The Administration will provide detailed information about the school and schedule the parent to visit the school.

      Parents will be given an application and a Student Handbook. 

     Parent and student read the Student Handbook thoroughly. Parent and student sign Student Handbook Release Form. 

     Parent or student requests their pastor or former teacher for a letter of recommendation. 

Application is submitted accompanied by non-refundable registration fee, letter(s) of recommendation, and previous report card for students previously attending a school or home-schooled.

       School will administer a diagnostic test in reading and math to determine appropriate individualized curriculum. 

   Office will then call to schedule an interview for both parent(s) if applicable, and student with the administrator. During the interview the test results will be reviewed, the academic prescriptions will be established, and both parents (where applicable) will review and sign the parent-school agreement. Parental approval and parent/student signatures will be done during the interview.  

     Parents will be notified of acceptance by phone and in writing.

The B. E. School reserves the right to select families based upon character, commitment to Christ and family, and faith in Jesus Christ.
