 Admission Policy

B. E. Academy admits students of any race, color, and national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the academy. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and athletic and other school-administered programs. 

B. E. Academy reserves the right to select families based on character and their commitment to the academy's mission and vision statements.

Application Process

 Administration/ staff will provide general information about the school to prospective parents by phone or in person. The administration will contact interested parents by phone or in person for the initial interview. 

The Administration will provide detailed information about the school and schedule the parent to visit the campus.

      Parents will receive an application packet and Parent Academy Handbook. 

     Parent and student read and sign verification of reading the academy handbook document.

     Parent or student requests their pastor , a teacher , or other influential leader outside the home to complete reference recommendation forms. 

Application is submitted accompanied by non-refundable registration fee, letter(s) of recommendation, and previous report card for students previously attending a school or

home-schooled setting and a writing sample for students in grades 4th and up.

       School will administer a diagnostic test in reading and math to determine appropriate individualized curriculum as necessary. 

      Parents will be notified of acceptance .
